Frelix Entertainment Ltd. owns OnlineBingo.eu and WinaGames.com – 2 very big gaming sites in Europe.

We are looking for Danish and Swedish Customer Relationship Managers (CRM), who can work from our office in Nicosia.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining one-to-one relationships with our customers. This will mainly include outbound calling and sending e-mails to ensure regular contact is kept.

We look for a team player, who can proactively approach our customers with a high level of professionalism, tolerance and empathy to ensure optimal outcomes at all times. A proven ability to forge excellent relationships with third parties to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and given priority is essential.

A perfect candidate is an excellent communicator, who can respond to customer questions, obtain customer information or possible customer leads and follow up on initial contacts.

Your success will be judged on specific revenue targets.

Qualifications needed:

• You must be fluent in Danish or Swedish.
• Fluency in German and/or Spanish and/or Norwegian will be considered as an advantage but not essential.
• Experience in a similar position (Customer Service or call center) will be considered as an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of the internet and familiarity in the use of computers and windows based software.
• Adaptability, resilience, efficiency, energy and initiative.
